100% about perception, but doesn't mean it's not valid. One long line that's constantly moving is better than a small line that's stuck for a while. Also, as you mentioned, it prevents issues when one of the checkouts is stuck for whatever reason. The line would still move, just a bit slower.
The russian pronunciation would be closer to Hodor.
Doesn't do anything as far as I can tell? Or is this android specific?
Also the links don't work in discord.
Problem is that those cartridge nozzles that deposit tiny droplets of ink precisely when and where you want them are pretty close to magic.
They're about as easy to manufacture as microchips, and they're also the one part of the inkjet printer that you absolutely need to be on point if you want it to print right.
I'm surprised we don't have open source laser printers though, that's still hard but should be doable, if you can source the material for the rollers and figure out the led strip that charges it?

Helldivers 2. You play as brainwashed shock troops for a tyrannical Super Earth.
Yeah, the fan being completely shrouded in plastic will dampen a lot of noise. And for the price, the fan is probably well balanced and somewhat optimised. From what I recall, the dyson bladeless fans are near silent.
You're basically trading energy to move higher volume of air. The fan can move smaller amount of air at higher speed, but larger amount at a gentle breeze feels nicer and helps with circulating the air in the room better.
You could achieve it by taking that exact motor and slapping a bigger fan onto it, but that looks less cool and probably produces more noise? Maybe there's some efficiency differences if the motor is better at spinning fast, but as a spherical cow in vacuum it should be similar.
I've got one of those, from Pantum.
It's funny, I recall Benn Jordan saying in multiple videos of his that his profits went up when he removed all his music from spotify.
Reminds me of writing my own csv parser that implemented escapes properly. The one everyone else went with of course was written in regex, so it was faster... But broke if there were escaped newlines.
If it's homework, the teacher has to grade multiple classes with 30-something students in them, so they probably ran on autopilot at that point.
...equally likely, they had a laugh but this is not an acceptable way to answer it. Most likely done by the dumbass "funny" kid in class who already tired them out.
Mint because I just want it to work. Although after fiddling with my Steam Deck, I'm now wondering if I should give Arch a try.
It is way too expensive for me, and the keyboard only supports the english layout which is a no-go, but damn do I want one.
Same situation with all the fancy split keyboards - they have 10 buttons per row, my layout needs 12 buttons per row.
Ah, I see.
Thomas Was Alone, The Fall, Rumu, To The Moon, Stanley's Parable, Toem, Primordia, Turing Test, The Entropy Centre, Subnautica, Bioshock 2, Portal 1/2.
Though honestly any game with good story would probably count here.
I don't get it, what's the pun?
He also said later that it was to try and get a better look at the bomb.
Yup. As Atlas puts it:
These sad saps. They come to Rapture thinking they're gonna be captains of industry, but they all forget that somebody's gotta scrub the toilets.
Ryan likes to talk about "the chain" and being in control, but he also used and discarded his associates and the moment he was no longer in absolute control, he started murdering people and using pheromones to mind-control splicers.
Man, remember when trying to share a link to an image from a site would give you a super tiny "no hotlinking" gif?
