    Source says:

    total H. 51 9/16 in. (130.9 cm)

length of pole 82 1/4 in. (209 cm)

    Width appears unlisted?

It's probably real - chariots were tools of the nobility, and usually used for racing, parading around (the source summary suggests it's a parade chariot), or battle-taxis rather than something useful, like long-distance transport. It would only need to fit one or potentially two standing people in it.
