This makes me think about simcity and how the issues with residential, commercial, and industrial squares would cause problems. Except here they can't just select the bulldozer. I don't know how to classify a bitcoin mining farm (agricultural 🤔 ) but it seems different than a school, which also is ambiguous (to me).

I feel like heavy industrial would be better because of the noise pollution.

  • Heavy industrial sounds right. I worked at a place as a mechanic that was zoned that way, but in an otherwise residential zone, and the owner was very cautious about being a butt after hours. Their opinion was that just because we could didn't mean we should. Unlike this bitcoin deal.

That's fine. Bitcoiners don't want to pay for public schools anyway. Fuck them kids. ;-)

I have no idea what “storage” zoning means, but how does zoning allow industrial uses right next to a school? This is clearing not similar to a self-storage facility, but more like a small manufacturer

  • it would me a shame if the school did sports and events that make lots of dust.
