    Iirc her dad was an anarchist or was friends with a major anarchist or something, so it’s not entirely unlikely for her to have had this kind of thought. But yeah this quote seems fake

    Especially considering that "right-wing" and "left-wing" hadn't really condensed into those political terms in English during her lifetime. "Left" and "right" originated during the French Revolution, but the "left-wing" and "right-wing" terms didn't appear until the late 19th century, and not used in any positive way either.

    It's not really true, not completely. There are many sides to the political spectrum and there are many people that don't think, don't educate themselves, don't really care of feel strongly about anything but cheering their own to power.

    Averaged, it's probably still right.
