It's just pointless window dressing. What they won't do is actually order their police to arrest ICE agents for flagrantly violating the law and Constitution. They're already violating the highest law of the land. A city executive order is the lowest law of the land. This is actually just pointless virtue signalling. They're too chicken shit to arrest ICE agents for violating all the other laws, and they'll be too chicken shit to arrest ICE agents for violating this executive order.

It is very fucking telling that the actual pushback against this stuff is all from state and local government. With a handful of notable exceptions, federal reps and senators across the board clearly do not give that much of a shit.

Whatever you think to do against ICE, do against your local oligarch instead.

Find the richest person within driving distance, and direct your anti-ICE activities at them.

Better yet, if an ICE agent is breaking into a home without a warrant, just shoot them. Without operating legally, they're just armed gang members breaking into homes. It's perfectly justified just to shoot them.
