Banh mi is so good. There was a little Vietnamese cafe nextdoor to a place I used to work, I went there every workday. I saved so much money after I moved to a different location xD

What percentage of the sandwich filling had to be eaten with a fork afterwards? (I’m not knocking it, just curious.)

Man I haven't made that for ages. Where i grew up all the shopping malls would have a guy with a little electric grill making these and they were amazing. Going to make it today for cooking tomorrow! I tend to use chicken but maybe I'll try pork thise time
