I love the crispy looking bread with bacon. Those two things always seem to go so well together

What's funny is as I scrolled past and saw the photo, I thought to myself, "they should have added tomato."

Then I scrolled down a bit more.

Should have had a tomato

Nah, the sandwich was probably better than a tomato.

I would absolutely add tomato, basil and shredded lettuce. And several drops of shrirachi, or a shit ton of pepper. Instead of mayo both sides I may do one half Caesar dressing.

There ought to be some mustard as well.
