It would maybe make more sense if this woman, Dana W. White, was the actual target? Trump probably didn't even know she existed and automatically assumed they meant the UFC dude, because he personally loves celebrities and big strong men.

She was the United States Department of Defense's Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs and chief Pentagon spokesperson from April 2017 to December 31, 2018, under Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis during Donald Trump's first term.[1][2][3] She had earlier worked for the House Republican Conference, Fox News, The Heritage Foundation, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, The Wall Street Journal and the United States Senate Committee on Armed Services, and was director of policy and strategic communications for the Renault–Nissan Alliance from 2012 to 2015.[3]
