Saw this on Mastodon and had a laugh. Not sure if it's real, but it's funny.
Humidity does have a huge effect on chilly temperatures. Winnipeg is somewhat humid for where it sits in the continent, but nothing like Helsinki.
I just saw the tourism score comparison on Weatherspark and it gives absolute proof that Winnipeg is a better place to go in mid-November. 😂
