Those people have been fooling themselves. It has been clear for quite a while that the partnership would apply to "flagship" phones for now. That's corporate code for: "phones that are unnecessarily expensive and chock-full with tech that most people don't need, but buy anyway in order to (unsucessfully) impress others".
