Personally, I already balked at the size of the screen (~6.8"). The ridiculous price is just the final nail in the coffin.

    Mini tablets were 7 inches.

    It's ridiculous; how am I meant to fit something half the size of my dick in my pocket?

    Yikes, I hadn't looked into the screen size until you mentioned it. They seem to be going after the XL / tablet size type of devices, exactly the ones that I avoid. Oh well, maybe they'll eventually release a phone with a more normal screen size closer to 6.3".
