Kind of reminds me of something Quadropus Rampage would come up with. It's a mobile game by the indy studio Butterscotch Shenanigans (they're most known for Crashlands), where the player controls a octopus creature on a John Wick rampage to rescue their pet. Over the course of the game, each weapon that drops gets a random name (and stats) assigned to it, usually in the form of: adjective object qualifier, so you end up beating the tar out of random sea creatures that want to kill you with the "Inspirational Slothstick or Whatever" or the "Slaphappy Scissors of Witchcraft". The word bank is pretty ridiculous and it just leans into the game's wacky absurd humor.
