No you can't. They removed the master kill switch, and even if you go around and switch it off everywhere, it never gives back the storage space. I've know because I did it.

    Well, I admit I wouldn’t expect a reclamation of storage space, it’s baked into the OS, not something that gets downloaded. I can see how that would be annoying, but it seems a silly thing to complain about when it’ll be using a fraction of the storage space.
