This has always confused me. Is their name not actually Juarez, or is it? Throughout S4E12 "The Gang Gets Extreme: Home Makeover", they refer to this family as "the Juarez family". But then at the end of the episode, after there was supposedly some legal battle or something, Charlie says "I can't believe their name isn't actually 'Juarez'" and the rest of the gang all agrees. But then in S8E6 "Charlie's Mom Has Cancer", we see the father again and he clearly introduces himself as "Mr. Juarez".
So... was that their name or not? I don't get that dialog about how they all got the name wrong. It makes sense that the gang would get their name wrong, considering that it was established that they don't really know this family at all. Then it makes sense that they would finally learn what the name actually is after hearing a judge say it or something. But aside from that one line, they are always called "Juarez", even after that line. So... I assume their name is really "Juarez". But then what is Charlie's line there even talking about???
Some notable quotes:
S4E12 "The Gang Gets Extreme: Home Makeover"
CHARLIE: First things first: let's find a family to unleash our extremeness all over.
DEE: Yeah, yeah, yeah, a desperate family that's gonna yield us the highest return.
FRANK: How about the Mexican family that moved in down the block?
CHARLIE: Right. What is their name? The Juarez family, I think.
MAC: Oh, that's perfect! We can help the Juarez family!
DEE: Unbelievable! I cannot believe the judge made me give my mansion to the Juarez family!
CHARLIE: I can't believe their name isn't Juarez. Was anyone else surprised by that? Shocker.
ALL: [miscellaneous agreement]
S8E6 "Charlie's Mom Has Cancer"
DEE: Hey, uh-uh, Mr...
MR. JUAREZ: Juarez.
DEE: Mr. Juarez, that's right! [to Frank] You remember the Mexican family whose house we burned down and we had to give them our mansion?
