What you've just said is entirely nonsensical. All you've said here is we can't have roads unless we're robbed.

There is nothing the current governments of the world provide that we cannot have sans those governments. Nothing.

Hegemony is still a de facto type of government, the kind that gives us warlords and warring states.

Seriously, are you a child? I can’t imagine someone older than maybe 16 who could still be stupid enough to think and believe this kind of tripe.
