Is FG's repack of CODEX's FFXV release the one without Denuvo (unprotected demo .exe)? (leminal.space)

I finally want to play this, but I don't feel confortable with Denuvo. Unfortunately I bought the game on Steam way before I cared about DRM.

I read about the "leaked" unprotected .exe that was used to crack the game ahead of launch and I was wondering if FG's repack using CODEX's release is the one based on that unprotected .exe so I can grab that to play without installing Denuvo.

thanks in advance!

edit: it probably has Denuvo, since the CODEX release is "Episode Ardyn", which came out a year or so later, and the NFO mentions Denuvo in "protection". I'll be giving up, hoping they remove Denuvo from the Steam game sometime in the future

I know, that's why I specified in the OP that I'm asking about the CODEX release (at the end of FG's post, hidden behind a spoiler "older, non-hv repack"), not the DenuvOwO one

Once again, I have no idea what you're talking about.

It's not an upcoming repack, it's a game from 2018, cracked ahead of release thanks to EA's Origin launcher pushing an unprotected (no Denuvo) demo executable. Comments in the Discuss section at the bottom of FG's page show that the repack was online on March 16 2018.

I'm not talking about the mobile game, but about the "WINDOWS EDITION" V1261414 NON-HV. As I already mentioned, after the link to the HV repack, there's a spoilered section with links to the old, non-HV repack and I'm asking if anyone knows whether this version, using CODEX release, is the one with the unprotected .exe or not

V1261414 is lost to time, and repacking. but v116052 is coming soon.

You're acting awfully smug and, like the pot calling the kettle black, doing so without an ounce of self-awareness.

Screenshots of FG's FFXV repack page, I couldn't find a way to embed them into the comment from my Lemmy client without uploading them to the instance.

You can go to FG's, search "Final Fantasy XV", click on the second result, and then go to the bottom of FG's post to see a spoilered section containing links to the release I've been talking about

    Fixed.

Missing the point again, it's almost comical lol

Thanks for your invaluable input, but I found an answer to my question and we can end this here. Hopefully I'll never have to interact with you again in the future! Have a nice day
