Administrative and office staff at OC Transpo will receive raises ranging between three per cent and five per cent a year in a new four-year contract.

The Interest Arbitration Panel has released its ruling for binding arbitration between OC Transpo and the Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) Local 1760. The union represents approximately 350 Transit Service office staff and administrative staff.

Current inflation rates over 4 years is more than 14%. So by your own argument it's not a good deal.

COVID may have fucked us, but the bullshit going on now will as well. It's ignorant to ignore just because you want to argue about what a good raise is.
