Imagine a scenario where you are lending a not super tech savvy (maybe a little gullible) friend or relative your old gaming PC that already has a bunch of games installed and you want to prank them and scare them a bit by secretly modding the game.

What mods would you choose?

I thought this could make for a fun discussion in the lead up to Halloween. Kind of similar to finding a haunted copy of a game urban legend scenario.

I considered including the Sirenhead mod for Fallout 4 but I don't know if it would feel too out of place in the Fallout universe.
