Disclosure: I contributed to this effort. I think it's a noble one and wish for their success.

Please correct me, but with the CEO giving himself 50% voting power, how does the one person one vote thing work?

Did this fuck head just gather a list of potential investors, not do the thing, and pivot over to a new company to sidestep what we all intended in the first place?
