I just go with the Oral-B Pro line, never had any problems. I had one for I think 20 years and it still works fine but I just bought a new one for myself after moving away.

One thing though: watch which brush heads you're getting. I bought a bundle with the toothbrush and 4 heads and those heads suuuck; way to few bristles, leaves you feeling like you're brushing your teeth with a rock.
