I’m definitely like this until I hit burnout, which happened years ago, now. Then everything is urgent, but I can’t get it done. Or started. Only thought about..

For the first time in my life (as far as I can remember) I’m finding out what it feels like to not have cortisol raging through my system 24/7, and man..

I can’t feel my heart pounding in my chest, nor have I had palpitations, my hands and feet aren’t freezing cold and numb, I don’t have a tense jittery ache in my abdomen all the time, my abdominal muscles aren’t constantly tense, my pulse is slower, my breathing more calm.. also just on the depression front, I have not cried since starting them! (my life has been… rough… this year, hence giving in and trying them)

Is this how other people experience the world? I should have accepted the antidepressants years ago. I’m not even to the point where these are supposed to be working yet, it’s only been 5 days, and I feel better than I have in decades.

I think a sentence or word might be missing? Which anti depressants have you been taking?

My burnout years ago isn't healing well. I think I have to figure out the right one for me.

Oh, in my case im taking sertraline, which is zoloft. From what I see I’m not unique with it hitting so fast positively but I think i might just be that fucked up, if that makes sense?

Normally the first week is all bad, the second week you get rid of some bad, and the next 2-4 weeks you start to feel better. My first two days were bad but then blended in to the bad I already had and everything improved.
