Im new to Linux and use Omarchy. It's made switching from windows very easy to me. That said I get some of the hate because the creator is an ass. But is that all? Or is this about nerdy elitism?

Not a 1:1 comparison, as this dude isn’t Hitler but … Nazi/fascist fuck by another name still smells like shit.

But imagine if Hitler made a Linux distribution.

Now imagine he ALSO made it in a really shitty and unethical way while deliberately attempting to silence competition, and taking lots of money to “grassroots” grow. Oh and it’s AI slop. So not original, built on the unpaid theft of others intellectual knowledge and labor, etc etc

Which reason do you need not to use his Nazi-Distro?

    What would Japanese Jesus do?

Well I'm a dumbass and don't trust myself to install cachyos with hyprland. But I really like the tiling window manager workflow. Are there any alternatives?

The beautiful thing about your computer is unless you truly fuck yo in spectacular ways you can always try again!

So trust yourself. Documentation is usually fairly straightforward.

You can even follow the arch wiki step by step to install it yourself from scratch.

Sucking at something is the first step to being kinda alright at it.
