You can criticize China for many things, but building infrastructure... is a bold choice.

Unless I've fallen for propaganda China has issues with building infrastructure. They would have obviously not botched construction of something for the supreme leader (I hope).

Edit: To the people who give me downvotes: If you would rather counter my claim than shake your heads in silence.

Those are private (or whatever goes by private with the ccp) developments, which cut corners for profit. Same happens in Italy for instance, on a lower height.

Their public infrastructure (bridges, rail, hospitals) are not bad at all.

China is contrary to a popular belief capitalist country, so yes they are private. I appreciate your feedback regarding public infrastructure and I will remember it when talking about chinese infrastructure again, however falling skyscrapers are still a serious issue which at this scale should have already been addressed by CCP especially by self proclaimed socialist government.

The largest entities in China are publicly owned. Even if you incorrectly state that China is capitalist, that doesn't suddenly mean that they don't have a public sector. That being said, China is socialist from a Marxist perspective because social ownership is the principal aspect of its economy, and the state is under the control of the working class.

China has far more skyscrapers than the rest of the world, most of them being new construction. It's easier to find news on a Chinese skyscraper falling because statistically, most skyscrapers are in China. It's not that China cannot make good infrastructure, it's that they make the vast majority of new infrastructure, period.

A skyscraper falling is a serious disaster and its construction should be heavily regulated by the government. China having the most skyscrapers doesn't make it okay for any skyscraper to fall and the people responsible should be behind bars. Seeing how often it happens clearly shows that the risk can be ignored and there is a failure in the system.

It's trivial to find examples proving your assertion that people aren't held responsible incorrect. I'm not saying its okay that skyscrapers fall, I am stating that the reason so many skyscrapers that fall are Chinese is because most skyscrapers are Chinese. There's always work to be done in reducing the quantity of errors, of course. China isn't perfect. However, it isn't uniquely terrible and it certainly is capable of building a bridge without help from Southern Korea.
