Is there any interest in a game thread bot? (lemmy.world)

I've been working on a simple bot for posting game threads in my spare time for fun. Wondering if it's worth hosting (and if the mods are okay with it).

I know the community is quite slow, so I'm not sure if posting a bunch of game threads would help or not.

Ive also just realize there used to be one here and it's open source. Might be better to just host that one than my own

We used to use the game day bot on the Caps sub, but we stopped using it because it started choking mid-game, and we never bothered to debug it. If you browse the Caps sub by age and scroll past the manual game day threads, you'll see what I mean.
