Reminds me of this bit in a book I read recently, Service Model by Adrian Tchaikovsky about AI robots in a post human society. Definitely go read it.
Rather than spoil the wonderful book, I’m gonna use a different approach.
You can feed all the words in the world into the great AI machine, and theoretically you can extract from it the total sum of all human knowledge.
All literature, poetry, art, music, mathematical proofs, all secrets of the universe can be potentially extracted from AI, you just have to pull the words out in the correct order.
If you consider AI a compression algorithm, then sure, but then so are a million monkeys with a million typewriters.
