I have the njoy pure wand. First time I used it was the best orgasm I ever had, but all sessions after that one were much more vanilla. I tried replicating the posture I used the first time several times but it never happened again. I still don’t know what went wrong after that first time.

To orgasm with the pure wand I insert the toy mid way and move it in circles. I feel it pressing my prostate but my arm ends up sore before achieving orgasm if I don’t stroke my penis. Sometimes I can only orgasm if I tense my sphincter muscles with the toy inside. It’s very frustrating.

Other than changing the technique I was thinking either buying a vibrating curved toy or attaching a sex machine to it to play solo but I don’t know where I’d begin. Open to advice on both scenarios.
