LineageOS vs /e/OS? (piefed.social)

I am wondering what is better for both privacy AND security, I already installed Lineage but I'm fine with switching to /e/OS.
I've heard Lineage isn't good for security, but I know very little about /e/OS.
The phone is a moto g power 2021 so it doesn't support GrapheneOS.

If my phone could run GrapheneOS ot CalyxOS I would use one of those, but it can't (which I understand why) so I think I'll install MicroG on my current LOS setup.
