I wanted to play Fat Princess Online and now it seems really out of reach. I heard there’s a digital version but Sony could snatch that out of my hands with potential hdd and CR2032 failures after the closure of the PS3 store on July 2027. PSN accounts are region locked and will be deleted after 36 months of inactivity.

It’s either disc or nothing. I’m not ceding ownership to Sony.

Could you not pirate it? Pretty sure PS3s have been blown wide open.

I’m not sure if the servers work in that case.
