[Solved] What to call windows maximizing when dragged near top of screen, & how to turn it off? (piefed.social)

Often when I'm trying to move windows (dragging by title bar) near the top of the screen, they maximize instead, against my wishes.

  • What is that called in Xfce?
  • How can I turn it off?

Using Xfce 4.18 on Linux Mint 22.3

Some search results suggest going to Settings -> Window Manager Tweaks -> Accessibility and disabling the option for tiling windows when moved toward the screen edge.
