I just got new glasses, after an appointment featuring my optometrist telling me "I warned you you were getting older." The bifocal script isn't strong, but it's there!

And now I can't figure out how to use my viewfinder. I can use the screen, but I preferred (or at least did!) to use the EVF. Right now, I can't even get it clear enough to adjust the diopter. I have to imagine there's someone else here with bifocals who has figured out what works for them -- advice, tips, tricks, ways to reverse my degrading eyesight, I'll take anything.

Thanks!

Edit: returning to admit my mistakes... I had set my diopter with my old, outdated prescription -- and then didn't reset it with the new lenses! A minor diopter adjustment and everything was fine via both regions of my glasses.

I wear my glasses with my camera but I have to take them off while using binoculars.

You can try either way.

You can also try using a hood loupe
