The discourse around the Israel-Palestine thing has reached a very specific nadir.

I got harangued by strangers while I was out because my mobility scooter is an Israeli brand.

I get it. I do. But there aren't that many alternatives for mobility aids that actually do what I need them to do. Please do not shout at me for using the scooter I've owned for ten years.

    I'm not getting involved in the Israel / Palestine conflict discussion but randoms having a go at you for the brand of your scooter is taking it too far and you shouldn't have to deal with that at all.

    His followers, though, have done some terrible things in the name of faith. When formal religion enters the picture, common sense and compassion flies out the window. I think this is deliberate, and has been through history. One of the reasons I don't approve of puritan religion in any form, including my own.
