Isn't there already the book and audiobook about the antimemetics division that is available only for sale, and not under creative commons or similar? Why was that not a problem, but this case is a problem for the wiki owners now?

Wikipedia says "(the book There Is No Antimemetics Division) omits character names and concepts under a CC BY-SA 3.0 license, replacing references to "the Foundation" with "the Organization" and "SCPs" with "Unknowns"". Sounds like it's an original story set in legally distinct SCP-like universe. Like if I wrote a Godzilla movie but it didn't use any of their copyrighted works.
