My God is older than time.

They also say to mind my own business and love life and the living

My belief is younger than most people alive

You are valid, and loved by a stranger. Me.

If you can, love everyone, even the assholes. They might get better. Hating them won't make them better. Loving them might tho.

If you can't, I understand. I've hated. I've also been an ass. Neither is fun.

Hoping you can love like my God does.

Most days, anyway. Loving myself is actually harder

    I am very sure the implication is that "your god" (from the person reading) does not exist/is made up by humans.

    Anyways it's unlikely you can change someone that hates you. Depends on the scenario ofc, then again if they don't see you as a person it is practically imposible for that matter. (This was general but I guess it fits well) Of course it's not actually impossible but for that matter nothing is impossible and there is just a really small chance it happens. Then again it's sometimes not worth it to try to change someone, for example if it puts you in danger.

    I guess hate doesn't do much but on the flip side spite is also a really strong motivator. Sometimes.

    Not everything was evem necesarily related specifically but yeah. I wish you luck tho

    Thanks. Sometimes people do change, but normally not from the actions of strangers.

    I've found through experience that hate, spite, revenge, hell even the desire for justice, will make me spiral in negative thoughts. It's just not healthy for me. I'm still working on it of course, but I try really hard to love first, and to give others the same allowances for mistakes that I give myself.

    I guess that's my point about love being better than hate. It might change the other person. It will definitely benefit the person who is focused on love.

    I managed to overcome, if not hate, then at least judgement of other people that I used to do. I would judge them by my morals, by my religious beliefs, when it was never my place to do so. But you're right. It wasn't love from other people that changed me. It was letting go of things I learned as a child, and growing to maturity and adulthood. It was my own spiritual journey that led me to stop holding other people to moral precepts that I follow. As long as another person isn't actively harming someone, it's not my business. If I see someone hurting, I might try to help with positive action, even if they direct the hurt at me. But I can't hold them to my standards, and they can't hold me to theirs

    Dunno where I'm going with this, just feeling introspective I guess

    Your god and its "older-than-time"iness is as old as the human who dreamt it up. The spectrums of attraction, gender and sexuality are older than that.

    You might say that the fun Gus may not be older here but certainly older than any place you've seen it inserted for relevancy. Feeding it Meth might make it act younger and be older at the same time it unveils far more genders that you have the imagination to conceive.
