  • Razor: KAI Captain J-9 shavette

  • Post Shave: Zingari Man - The Master, recovery splash

1 pass WTG on the head, 2 passes on the face around a circle beard/full goatee. A bit of bleeding on the face, as expected. Otherwise a good shave.

I know I said I was done with the full goatee last time, but my patchy growth got so bad that colleagues kept asking me if I have any kind of health issues going on atm. Tbh, it looked unkempt. While this one here is a bit hard to maintain, at least it grows nicely and looks tidy.

Anyways, it was a good shave. Our weather is already giving off autumn/fall vibes, so I reached for something heavier. The Witcher reminds me of the spooky season, my favourite season overall and it has a nice warm scent. Also, José makes great soap with wonderful ingredients. I figured I need a very good base for the initial face shave. Yesterday I only did it with my electric trimmer, so today I needed to get the edges just right. Looks like I did a solid job.

I'm now having a full week of paid leave/vacation time and I'll use it for some R&R and some well needed tidying up at home. Did the shave before a late night workout - so far I am satisfied with my progress, but I lost a lot of weight recently due to stress and stomach aches. I'm down to ~91 kg (ca. 204 lbs.???) now, which should be good but I still have some stubborn fat in some areas. I definitely lack some kind of cardio and some better nutrition, which I also want to work on in my current free time. Hope you all are doing well, thanks for reading! ✌🏻

I'd say it depends. Traveling can be very beneficial for a real change of pace and getting out of the usual routine. As a single guy however, I often stay at home since travel is expensive and I'm not good at planning trips.
