Why? It's not like the U.S manufactures RAM and that Chinese RAM would compete with them.

Micron is an American company and does manufacture in the US in addition to multiple other countries actually.

Not sure if the Koreans do any of their DRAM or NAND manufacturing in the US and too lazy to google at this point
