I don't understand why my feet are cold.

I have socks. No other part of me is cold. It's just my feet

I was feeling super cold when I was low on iron but if its just feet maybe circulation. I stopped wearing my sneakers because my feet were getting cold on the dog walks.

Since taking iron supplements, my hands don't get as cold as before. Definite improvement.
