Car brains are fine with state licenses, state subsidies, destroying the planet, etc... But monitoring their driving is a step too far.

Cars are the root problem here. No car, no license, no problem.

What happens to the arrows that miss?

Better to use a drone to just douse this thing in black spray paint at close range
