Usually I post my pictures in a smaller PNG format and that can reach 150MB for a full-size 24mp picture, but here's one in JPEG, so you can have amazing wallpaper and I can upload it without lemmy.world hitting me in the jaw.

Would recommend looking into mozjpeg. I export my photos at 100% quality jpeg then run it through mozjpeg at around 80%~ (don't remember the exact number) so that the file size is tiny but I can't even pixel peep any loss of quality.
Gets my 61MP photos down to 8-20MB typically
