I complained about it several times here and to various instances admins. Screenshot from same thread. I have literally been cursed out, called "stupid," "c***,” "b****,” and other unsavory slurs. I quit complaining because nothing was ever done, and I realize this is a free service offered and admins have lives, jobs, and plenty of work and expense by generously offering this service.
