Please direct me to resources. I fail to comprehend how an exploding lapel mic can cause a bullet-shaped perforation in one’s neck.

    You're the one saying his lapel mic exploded with no evidence, why should we do your work of backing up your claims? There's all kinds of fake bullshit you can find if you look, I would think if you were confident about it you would share what made you believe such a thing.
