This is Brian Heywood. Brian isn't too bright (he's dumb as fuck, actually), and moved to WA from California to "escape the left". Once he realized that WA was further to the left than CA, he began absuing the ballot initiative process and is using the whole "flood the zone" tactic with them. In the last session, he had a handful of them, and only one of them passed (related to the state having to offer natural gas hookups to residents). Luckily, it was the least consequential, but it does show that flooding voters with misleading initiatives can be effective.
Brain Heywood should be run out of the state. He's a net negative in every way.
