this whole thing is a shit show. I really enjoyed my time there before this shit kicked off and had hoped to come back :(

    If you were able to visit there during Suu Kyi's time, you saw Burma at its most magical and energetic best in the last 5 decades. It's not going to go back there anytime soon. Military saw their mistake from holding a free and fair elections and they ain't going to be naive again.
