I personally use crafty controller in a docker container on my NAS and it’s been relatively solid. There’s a bit of learning up front, but it works well once you understand it.

    Thanks, does this block Microsoft telemetry automatically? (Or how to disable microsoft telemetry?)

    I haven’t really checked. I assume there isn’t anything you can do to Minecraft itself, as the game is still from mojang. Not that there’s a lot of useful info you can pull from a Minecraft server..
