I thought the same until I made my own Hummus

I have now amended the saying to: "There is no such thing as too much cooked garlic."

Yeah. When you use raw garlic it can turn a bit fiery. Though even then I enjoy it, it’s more the aftermath that’s the problem.

I mean I can nibble on cloves but eating a super garlicy paste is actually stronger
