What, it should absolutely be a case of manslaughter through negligence at minimum. Who the fuck pulls a gun on a family member for an argument?

    My European brain can't understand how justice (does not) work in the US. There's a body, a weapon and a murderer, how is this not a murder trial?

    Wonder if it was the other way around, a liberal daughter accidentally killing her republican maga father, what would the jury say?
