@DiddlyDonger on Twitter, "For those of you who are into older women I'll have you know I recently turned 28". A random user responds "Pushing 30 with no kids in 2026 is Crazy". Diddly replied back "You are literally homeless" and he responds "And I have a much happier future being built than your lonely one". Diddly then posts "That's not what your gofundme suggests" with a picture of some text, highlighed is "I am tens of thousands of dollars in debt" and "I have no family, friends and zero connections to help me." @DreamsTurnDark chimes in "On the one hand, men in glass houses have no business throwing stones. He was wrong for that & should've known better." Diddly then says "What do you mean men in glass houses... he doesn't have a house".

    I actually thought it was just a rhetorical joke setup. Like, there is no other hand.

    But no, he actually blames the woman herself.

    On the one hand, men in glass houses have no business throwing stones.

    He was wrong for that & should've known better.

    On the other, he can't post nudes online as his meal ticket the way you can.

    Beauty privilege is as real as financial privilege; partly earned, mostly inherited. As an OF creator, your body is capital.

    On top of that, for the past several decades, government rigged hiring & university enrollment in your favor, excluding & impoverishing heterosexual white men in particular.

    You are, to some extent, to blame for his poverty, & now you're dunking on a homeless man from a position of historically unprecedented privilege because of a mild barb. You reveal more of your inner ugliness than you likely intend.

    Wow. But I can almost guarantee he would unironically wax principled about the importance of personal responsibility.

    Sense may be common, but self-awareness seems elusive to many.

    tbf university specifically doesn't turn out to actually be financially rewarding today; lots of people have degrees but it doesn't really help them on the labor market.

    and i even argue that DEI hiring does not happen so much because it's government mandated but because companies prefer the cheaper labor that they get from women, because they often do comparable labor but get lower wages, so the company saves some money. DEI is just an excuse the company brings forward to justify it in front of their male employees, so the management doesn't get hated for replacing the workforce with other, cheaper workforce. at least that's my guess if i had to make one.
