Apparently, the user whose PC order was canceled by Corsair without any "sensible" reason wasn’t an isolated case, as Corsair has confirmed that it also canceled DDR5 RAM orders placed on January 1. After the report on the Corsair PC order cancellation went viral, Corsair's official X handle announced the reason for the cancellation. We’ll cover this in more detail, as a larger story unfolded today and Corsair informed users via X and Reddit.

According to the article, the price wasn't the only incorrect thing, the kit itself was also out of stock. Corsair currently isn't accepting pre-orders for this kit at all, so they're not hiking the price for this product because they're not selling it.
