This is really hard! All the musicians and bands I like from that era might end up being musicians and bands I hate from that era if they get their whole musical legacy fucked up by a time traveler.

So then I will answer for a band I hate: the fucking Beatles. I'd make those damn kids listen to fucking Nickelback. And it'd definitely have to be How You Remind Me. Purely out of spite and wanting to make them suffer just a tiny bit.
