I am starting to think he has already received a terminal diagnosis of some kind and we're just seeing him moving through various stages of his narcissistic personality trying to deal with it. His obsession with stopping a war of some kind (to try to get into heaven), his posting of the magic cure-all beds video. He knows his time is short and is desperate to find a loophole to immortality either through science or religion. His energy has been dropping precipitously and his ramblings are more incoherent than usual.

This could all just be wishful thinking on my part though. His death through natural causes may be a way out of this nightmare, or at least slow things down enough for a chance at recovery.

You are delusional. There is no recovery. More competent and evil fascists will take over. You are part of the problem.

Look at history and show me a fascist movement that sustains long after their charismatic leader’s death? NK is a special circumstance, but is also passed down by blood.

We're headed in that direction. An advantage of this "Trump 2028" merch is that it works equally well for Donald Trump Jr. Then we'll get Eric in 2036, and then by the time 2044 rolls around Barron will be eligible to run.

Who likes Jr? Even though Donald is just as much a product of unearned wealth he had the public perception of a successful man whilst everyone sees Jr doing nothing but hang around Donald.

He also has the personality of a wet noodle.

We can hope that they dont have the cult of personality that the orange fascist has though. A lot have tried to be like him but he seems to be the only one who can really get away with it which is likely largely due to his "business man" status and preceived "wealth/success". I assume maybe in his absence, someone will be able to lead the dodos, but its also likely that whoever it is will lose a critical chunk of voters from the fringes.
