If you have been here for longer you probably already have a feel for what I want this community to be. I thought about moving to "gems" (of the internet) to have more freedom over expected content and to avoid confusion. I already have that name reserved. How would you feel about this?

I subscribed but I think it might be welcome if its reconsidered and or Gems is used for a more specific sub-level of Surrealism content involving gems.

In terms of discoverabillity, I think the benefit of these type of Reddit-like forums is being able to search proper nouns that are larger subject areas and easily latch on to that.
